I ask for a 20% payment at registration via Paypal. The rest you can pay it the day of the
experience in cash at the beginning of the experience, or via Paypal before meeting us that
same day or few days before, but for the balance needs to be added 18%Vat and 6% paypal
commission (for the reservation fee I Pay those fees)

REFUND: There is no refund of the 20% reservation fee as is a handling fee to cover our pre-
excursion expenses.
Severe weather in this area of The Yucatan is rare outside of
HURRICANE Season. For Hurricane Season, we have much notice from the NATIONAL
HURRICANE CENTRE to be able to prepare for such an event. (Please click link should you
want information: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/gtwo.php?basin=atlc&fdays=2 and experiences will
proceed as scheduled in light rain and other mild weather conditions. When the weather
forecast and day conditions happens to be THUNDER and LIGHTNING we absolutely do not go
out as its NOT safe whatsoever to be on water, around many trees, on the ocean, or in flooded
cenotes where water level raises… I take your safety very seriously. In the rare event that we
have to cancel an experience, you will have the opportunity to reschedule it (subject to
availability and weather improvement) or receive credit towards a future experience as well as
the right to transfer your registration to another group or persons. In the worst of cases you can
get your money back minus the 20% handling fee.
I have implemented these policies as they are Industry Standard Outdoor Tour Company
Policies. From past experience in having registrants sign up and put my heart and soul into
preparing everything and reserve the places only to not have someone show up or cancel last
minute I am sure you understand. When you pay half of the price in advance, you are
guaranteed a place in your chosen experience.
1. I recognize that activities related to yoga, workshops, retreats and/or trips involve physical
activities which may be strenuous and may cause injury. I understand that I must judge my own
capabilities with respect to any activity. By my participation in any activity or practice taught at or
by JUNGLE YOGA TULUM in any location, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks,
injuries or damages, known or unknown, that I may incur.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my
participation in any activity. I represent and warrant that I am physically and mentally fit and
have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in any activity. I
acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any injury or other condition
that might affect my ability to participate in any activities, and to inform the instructor
immediately if an injury occurs.
3. Although I acknowledge there is no obligation for any person to provide medical care during,
prior to or after any activity related to JUNGLE YOGA TULUM. I hereby give permission for staff
to provide first aid, administer prescribed or OTC medication as prescribed or directed by
participant, and/or aid in seeking emergency medical treatment as needed. IN THE EVENT
MEDICAL TREATMENT IS PROVIDED TO ME, I HEREBY WAIVE ANY CLAIM AGAINST
JUNGLE YOGA TULUM, MARIA CRISTINA GARCIA GOMEZ, EMPLOYEES,
SUBCONTRACTORS AND/OR AGENTS FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGES OR DEATH CAUSED
BY THE NEGLIGENT PROVISION OF SUCH MEDICAL CARE.
4. I, MY HEIRS OR REPRESENTATIVES RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT
NOT TO SUE OR ASSERT CLAIM AGAINST JUNGLE YOGA TULUM, MARIA CRISTINA
GARCIA GOMEZ, EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS AND/OR AGENTS FOR ANY INJURY,
DAMAGES OR DEATH CAUSED BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE. I KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY
AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY CLAIM I MAY HAVE AGAINST JUNGLE YOGA TULUM,
LLC,MARIA CRISTINA GARCIA GOMEZ, EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS AND/OR
AGENTS FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGES OR DEATH AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN
JUNGLE YOGA TULUM, ACTIVITIES OF ANY KIND.
5. I have carefully read this waiver and release, I understand that I have the opportunity to
negotiate its terms with the owners and staff of JUNGLE YOGA TULUM. By signing this form, I
voluntarily agree to the above terms, releasing JUNGLE YOGA TULUM from its own negligent
acts.
